The policy

Seven days from purchase, no questions asked. Buy the manual, read it, try a fix on a Saturday. If it isn't what you were after, email your@email.com within seven days and you get your $27 back.

How to ask

One email to your@email.com. Use the address you bought with, or tell me the Gumroad order number so I can find it. You don't have to give a reason, and I'm not going to talk you out of it.

How long it takes

Refunds are issued through Gumroad, usually the same day I see the message. How quickly it lands back on your card is up to your bank — normally 5 to 10 working days.

What happens to the files

Your access is cancelled when the refund goes through, and you stop receiving future editions. Please delete the copies you downloaded.

After seven days

The guarantee has run out, but write to me anyway if something's genuinely wrong — a corrupted file, a download that never arrived, a page that's missing. That gets fixed regardless of the date.

◆ Why it's set up this way I'd rather issue a refund than keep money from a man who feels he was talked into something. It's a $27 book. If it doesn't earn that back on your first Saturday, it wasn't the right book for you.
