The short version

I collect your email address so I can send you the book and its updates. Gumroad handles the payment and I never see your card details. I don't sell your data to anybody.

What's collected, and why

Your email address — to deliver the manual, to send future editions (you were promised lifetime updates), and to answer you if you write in.
Your order details — what you bought, when, and the amount, kept for accounting and for handling refunds.
Payment information — collected and processed by Gumroad, not by me. I never receive or store your card number.
Basic site analytics — DESCRIBE OR DELETE: e.g. "none", or the analytics tool you use.

Who else sees it

Gumroad, Inc. processes the payment and the delivery, under their own privacy policy. IF YOU USE AN EMAIL SERVICE (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Beehiiv…), NAME IT HERE. Nobody else, and nothing is sold or rented to advertisers.

How long it's kept

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Your email stays on the update list until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at its foot. You can ask me what I hold on you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — email your@email.com and I'll do it. Deleting your email means you stop receiving future editions.

Cookies

This page itself sets no tracking cookies. It stores one small value in your browser so a pop-up doesn't reappear every time you scroll; that value never leaves your device. Gumroad's checkout sets its own cookies under its own policy.

Children

This product is sold to adults. It isn't directed at anyone under 16 and I don't knowingly collect their data.
